How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Business Analyst | Digital & Technology Transformation

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Contractor to join a high-profile transformation programme, supporting the delivery of business and technology change initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
    This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and delivery-focused Business Analyst with a strong track record of working across business and technical teams, driving clarity, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes within Agile delivery environments.

    The Role

    As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and Test Teams to capture, analyse, and document requirements that enable the delivery of strategic business and technology solutions.
    You will play a key role in understanding current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Engage with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document requirements.
    Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to understand business needs and operational challenges.
    Produce high-quality documentation including:
    Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
    User Stories
    Acceptance Criteria
    Process Maps
    Business Cases
    Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, Test Teams, and Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
    Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.
    Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and solution validation activities.
    Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
    Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
    Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and strategic objectives.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
    Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
    Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders across both business and technology teams.
    Experience creating user stories, process flows, business requirements documents, and acceptance criteria.
    Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    Experience supporting testing activities and business readiness initiatives.
