Banquo Ltd is launching a brand-new Homecare service in Chelmsford, and we're looking for a passionate and ambitious Service Manager to lead its growth and success.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in establishing a high-quality, CQC-regulated service that supports children, young people, adults and older people to live independently in their own homes and communities.
The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operation of our new Chelmsford service
Develop and grow safe, high-quality care packages
Manage and support a team of care professionals
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
Drive quality, safeguarding and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with commissioners, professionals and local partners
Support business growth while maintaining exceptional standards of care
About You
We are looking for someone with:
ā Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
ā At least 2 years' management experience within a CQC-regulated care service
ā Strong knowledge of Homecare and Personal Care
ā Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
ā Good understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance and CQC requirements
ā Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification and experience developing a new service are highly desirable.
