How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Implementation Support Officer
    Lowestoft, Suffolk
    £14.82 per hour
    Full Time | Monday to Friday
    9:00am – 17:00pm (Finish at 16:30pm on Fridays)
    Temporary Ongoing Assignment | Immediate Start
      
    An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to help with the delivery of a large‑scale operational improvement programme. This role suits someone organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation, accurate record‑keeping and strong communication. You will play a key part in coordinating resources, supporting data processes and helping maintain efficient programme delivery.
    Key Responsibilities

    Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution.
    Review, record and maintain programme data using Outlook and Excel, escalating complex queries when required.
    Manage procurement and distribution of PPE and essential resources, maintaining accurate stock levels and supplier communication.
    Communicate effectively with managers, operational staff, customers and members of the public to resolve queries.
    Maintain accurate documentation and records.
    Prepare reports for managers and stakeholders.
    Carry out practical and administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
    Ensure compliance with governance, GDPR, data protection and health & safety requirements.
    Promote organisational values and behaviours in all aspects of work. Essential Skills & Experience

    Strong administrative experience.
    Confident using IT systems for data entry, reporting and document management.
    Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
    Ability to adapt quickly and switch between varied tasks.
    Problem‑solving skills and initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
    Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
