How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Quality Assurance Administrator - 12 month fixed term
    Hybrid Working | Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

    We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance Administrator to join our national Quality Assurance Team for a period of 12 months.

    This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that supports the delivery of high-quality care across England, Scotland and Wales. You'll work closely with senior leaders, Quality Assurance Managers and operational teams, ensuring our quality assurance processes run efficiently and helping us drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

    What you'll be doing
    As our Quality Assurance Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Quality Assurance Team. Your responsibilities will include:
    Coordinating and scheduling Quality Assurance audits, meetings and project activity.
    Supporting Quality Assurance Managers with audit preparation, reports and documentation.
    Maintaining audit trackers, planners and the Quality Assurance Audit Portal.
    Preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes and monitoring action logs.
    Supporting the review, formatting and publication of company policies and procedures.
    Assisting with governance reporting and Integrated Governance Committee administration.
    Supporting regulatory processes, including administration relating to Learning from Deaths (LeDeR).
    Helping maintain risk trackers and supporting reporting activities.
    Working alongside colleagues to develop and improve reporting through Power BI.
    Providing administrative support across a variety of quality improvement projects.About you
    We're looking for someone who is highly organised, takes pride in producing accurate work and enjoys working collaboratively.

    You'll ideally have:
    Previous administrative experience, ideally within health and social care or a quality assurance environment.
    Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Outstanding attention to detail and a methodical approach.
    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Lists.
    Experience using Power BI or an interest in developing reporting and data insight skills.
    Confidence working with data, reports and tracking systems.
    A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and support colleagues.
    A relevant qualification in business administration, health and social care or a related subject would be advantageous.Knowledge of health and social care regulatory frameworks across England, Scotland and Wales would be beneficial but isn't essential, as training and support will be provided
