Location: Maidstone Kent (project in Gillingham)
THE OPPORTUNITY
CPXR is recruiting for an Estimator to join an established Contractor based in Maidstone.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Hospitals who is looking for flexibility.
The company offers hybrid working.
THE ROLE
* Produce accurate cost plans and pricing strategies.
* Undertake detailed measurement and pricing activities
* Assess commercial risks
* Manage multiple tenders while maintaining quality and accuracy
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Experience as an Estimator
• Background in the commercial sector
• Experience of hospital refurbishments (Decarbonisation)
• Strong communication skills
Candidates from surveying will also be considered.
