The Role
As the HVAC Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of mechanical and HVAC installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal commercial teams to deliver technically challenging projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage HVAC and mechanical projects from pre-start through to commissioning and final handover.
* Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
* Monitor project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
* Work alongside commercial teams to support procurement and cost control.
* Attend client meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
* Review technical drawings and ensure installations meet design specifications.
* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Mechanical, HVAC or Building Services Project Manager.
* Strong background delivering commercial mechanical installations.
* Experience managing subcontractors and multiple work packages simultaneously.
* Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical building services and construction project delivery.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
* Strong communication, organisational and commercial awareness.
