In this role, you will lead a Revenues team to deliver effective Council Tax collection, performance management, and high-quality service outcomes.
Duties:
Lead and manage a team responsible for Council Tax billing, collection, and enforcement.
Monitor performance, quality, compliance, and service improvement initiatives.
Support ethical income recovery and resolve operational issues within Revenues.
Deputise for the Revenues Manager and represent the Council at meetings and hearings.Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience managing a Revenues, Council Tax, or Benefits team.
Strong knowledge of Council Tax legislation, collection, and enforcement processes.
Experience improving performance, compliance, and service delivery.
Ability to manage stakeholders, projects, and operational change.What's on offer:
Salary: £36ph+

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
