Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer accounts and daily operational requirements
* Creating and processing orders
* Allocating stock and monitoring inventory
* Liaising with the warehouse to ensure orders are picked and dispatched on time
* Maintaining accurate records and reports using Excel
* Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries
About You:
* Previous administration experience
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Payrate: £13.33p/h - £13.85p/h
Location: Chandlers Ford
Contract: Temp - perm
Working hours: 8:00 - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)
