Salary: £26,437 - £43,519 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a Service Desk Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for all clients, providing professional and reliable technical support to businesses across the UK. You'll help diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage support requests through our Service Desk platform and ensure customers receive an excellent support experience.
This is a varied role, where you'll work with a broad range of technologies, assist with software and hardware deployments, support end users and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. The successful Service Desk Technician will be a strong communicator, and always looking to expand their skillset.
