A key differentiator is their procurement model. The majority of projects are secured through two-stage negotiation and early contractor involvement rather than high-risk competitive tendering. This ensures strong commercial control, programme certainty and a more stable, structured working environment.
The business is selective in the schemes it pursues, prioritising quality, long-term client relationships and profitable delivery over high-volume bidding.
There is also genuine international mobility within the group, with opportunities to transfer overseas for those with longer-term aspirations.
