Management Accountants

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and analysing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
Collaborating with departmental managers to develop and monitor budgets
Providing financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency
Maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Managing financial projects and initiatives to support business objectives
Conducting variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
Preparing management accounts and financial statements for review

Job Requirements:

Experience in management accounting or a related financial role
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
