A supportive, multidisciplinary clinical environmentAspects of the role include:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments as part of the ADHD diagnostic pathway
Assess how attention, organisation, emotional regulation and sensory needs affect daily functioning
Explore the young person’s participation at home, in education and within the community
Gather and interpret information from children, families, schools and other professionals
Contribute specialist findings to multidisciplinary discussions and diagnostic formulation
Identify co-occurring occupational or sensory needs
Provide clear, practical recommendations to support independence, participation and wellbeing
