Duties will include:
* Own and grow a portfolio of international clients
* Act as main POC, managing all aspects of the relationship
* Oversee onboarding, set up and renewal contract extensions
* Develop and implement strategic account plans
* Work closely with the compliance team to agree SLA’s
* Troubleshoot issues arising from delivery and reporting of services
* Chair and drive regular client calls
* Manage cross-functional and cross-border dependencies
* Use data analytics and reporting tools to turn data into insight
The successful candidate will have worked in a client-facing/relationship management role previously. Strong planning and organisation skills, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities is essential
