Quantity Surveyor

I’m working with a well-established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for its growing Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy cost management team delivering projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare and public sector sectors. You’ll work with a broad client base and be involved in projects from feasibility through to final account.

The Role

Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies.

Manage procurement and tender processes.

Administer contracts and manage valuations, variations and final accounts.

Provide cost advice throughout project delivery.

Support client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.

About You

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Consultancy experience preferred.

Strong cost management and contract administration knowledge.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

MRICS or working towards chartership is advantageous.
