Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm

We are currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in St Leonards-on-Sea.
This role involves working with small components and carrying out repetitive assembly tasks to a high standard. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy precision-based work, have excellent attention to detail, and can maintain accuracy throughout the working day.
Duties Include:
Assembling small components
Following detailed work instructions
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Working to production targets while maintaining quality standards
Keeping work areas clean and organisedIdeal Candidate:
This role would suit candidates with experience in:
Electronics or PCB assembly
Quality inspection
Jewellery or watch repair
Sewing, textiles, or embroidery
Beauty therapy or nail technology
Laboratory or pharmacy environments
Medical device manufacturing
Packaging or kitting of small componentsWe would also welcome applications from individuals whose hobbies demonstrate strong dexterity and attention to detail, such as:
Arts and crafts
Model building (Airfix, Warhammer, RC models)
Knitting, crochet, or embroidery
Miniature painting
