We are currently recruiting for an experienced Rail Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.
Location: Mobile role covering 7 Elizabeth Line stations
Hours: 8:00pm - 4:00am (Night Shift)
Team Size: Supervising up to 120 cleaning staff
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple stations
Ensure train cleaning is completed to a high standard
Manage staff performance, attendance, and daily operations
Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with rail industry standards
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Previous supervisory experience
Cleaning industry experience preferred
Rail industry experience is advantageous
PTS (Personal Track Safety) is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Successful completion of a pre-employment medical
Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) screening
