Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to fee earners and the wider team.
Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
Assist with client matter administration, file management, and document organisation.
Process invoices, support time recording, and maintain accurate records.
Update internal databases and assist with event coordination.
Carry out general office administration, including scanning, filing, and document production.About You
Previous office or administrative experience is desirable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
