What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Site Agent, you'll be responsible for safely managing your section of works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
* Lead and supervise site teams and supply chain partners.
* Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities and progress.
* Manage work packages, costs and programme performance.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and CDM requirements.
* Resolve technical issues and implement value engineering solutions.
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
* Support forecasting, reporting and commercial activities.
* Lead site meetings and ensure teams work from the latest design information.
* Develop and manage team performance, capability and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
* HNC qualification (or higher) in a relevant discipline.
* SMSTS and relevant CSCS card.
* Strong civil engineering and site management experience.
* Knowledge of CDM 2015 and NEC contracts.
* Experience managing complex work packages and project teams.
* Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical information.
* Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CAD software.
* TWC and First Aid qualifications (desirable).
