A protective Air conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer with a good work ethic is required for a commercial healthcare site in Central London, next to Marylebone station, starting immediately. 2 months + contract position £300 per day.
The Role:
Service and maintenance of mainly VRV systems
Some general building maintenance:
Water leaks
Replace taps
Change taps
All work carried out on a single site
No installation work required
Working alongside a Fabric technicianRequirements:
Valid F-Gas certification (essential)
Proven experience in VRV, AHU's service and maintenance
Own hand tools and full PPE
Reliable and available to start ASAPWhat's on Offer:
£300 per day
07:00 - 16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
8 hours paid per day
Contract running until 28th September
