How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Ensure complete traceability between UAT acceptance criteria and validated test coverage.
Lead cross-system integration testing, identifying risks and gaps across interconnected platforms and services.
Coordinate validation activities for a large portfolio of business reports, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder sign-off prior to UAT.
Define UAT entry and exit criteria and provide governance over readiness decisions.
Act as a trusted advisor to programme leadership, communicating quality status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Drive collaboration across agile and release-based delivery teams, ensuring consistent QA standards across the programme.
    Required Experience:

Significant experience leading quality assurance at programme or portfolio level within large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Mandatory experience within commodities trading technology environments, with a strong understanding of physical and financial trading operations.

Reporting and data validation tools, including QlikSense, QlikView, PowerBI and Claude.
Proven success designing and delivering end-to-end test strategies across multiple business-critical systems, teams, and stakeholders.
Experience defining and governing UAT entry and exit criteria for complex programme deliveries.
Strong understanding of integration testing, APIs, messaging frameworks, and event-driven architectures.
Ability to operate effectively across both Agile and traditional release-based delivery models. ]
