Pay Rates: PAYE Days: £21.31/hr PAYE, Afternoon: £25.57/hr
Umbrella Days: £28.30/hr Umbrella, Afternoon: £33.97/hr
Shift Patterns: Days: Mon-Thurs (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) & Fri (6:30 am - 12:00 pm) Afternoon: Mon-Thu (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) & Fri (12:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision MIG and MMA welding on aluminium materials.
Work with build and welding fixtures while adhering strictly to tight tolerances.
Follow standard work procedures in line with modern manufacturing practices.
Execute basic manual lifting and material handling safely.
Maintain an uncompromising commitment to health, safety, and operational standards at all times.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven hands-on experience in MIG welding with aluminium.
Prior experience with MMA welding.
Ability to interpret work procedures and operate on your own initiative or as part of a team.
Physical capability to manage manual lifting as required by production processes.
