Part-time office administrator

Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Office Administrator to join our prestigious engineering client in Middleton on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for flexible, part time hours in a friendly office environment.

Duties will include:

Inputting data accurately onto internal systems
Filing and maintaining office records
Answering incoming telephone calls
Liaising with customers and colleagues via email
Processing invoices
Providing general administrative support to the finance teamWorking Hours

15-25 hours per week
Flexible working days
9am start with flexibility on finishing timePay Rate £12.71 per hour

Skills and Experience

Previous administration experience is preferred
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and by email
