How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Do you enjoy hunting for new business and taking full ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal?

If you are already hitting targets as a BDM, SDR or BDE but want more ownership, more earning potential, and the chance to close your own deals - this is your opportunity to step up.

This is not an appointment-setting role. This is full-cycle sales from first contact to signed agreement with real autonomy, real relationships, and real reward.

    The client

You will be joining a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency that’s investing heavily in its commercial team. Known for delivering results-driven digital solutions, they are looking for ambitious, commercially minded salespeople who love the chase, think strategically and know how to turn opportunity into revenue.

    The role

You will start by doing what you do best, opening doors and creating opportunities and quickly evolve into a consultative, client-facing Business Development Manager.

    Proactively winning new B2B business
High-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Conducting discovery calls to understand client needs
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Attending and leading face-to-face client meetings
    Presenting tailored digital marketing solutions
Building and managing your own pipeline
Hitting and exceeding revenue targets The candidate

Has a minimum of 12 months experience in new business
    Has true hunter mentality
Ability to source leads and data
Thrives on targets and closing deals
A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Digital marketing experience is desirable but not essential In return

    Up to £40,000 salary (DOE)
    Uncapped commission (OTE £65,000)
    Car allowance and mileage paid
    Remote working with real autonomy
Full training (no digital marketing experience required)
    Incentives including fully expensed trips
