TradeWind Education is looking to expand our team of dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisors to support our partnership secondary schools across the Woksop area.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support students with their learning while promoting high standards of conduct.
Report back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and any issues arising during the day.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are confident managing groups of young people aged 11-16.
Can remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a classroom environment.
Have strong organisational skills and a positive attitude.
Have experience working with young people in education, coaching, youth work, or similar settings (desirable but not essential).
Hold a degree or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Are willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or already hold one on the Update Service).
