What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Supporting pupils on an individual basis and in small groups to reinforce learning.
Encouraging confidence, participation and independence throughout the school day.
Assisting with classroom organisation and preparing learning materials.
Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience working with children, ideally within a primary school or similar setting.
Be positive, reliable and passionate about supporting young learners.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of different pupils and classrooms.
