Your Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both teachers and pupils by:
Assisting with the delivery of engaging classroom activities.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need additional guidance.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a love of learning.
Helping to prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning environment.
Supporting the social, emotional and academic development of children throughout the school day.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children in a school, childcare or similar setting.
Is caring, adaptable and eager to support young learners.
Works effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
