Social Media Executive

Fashion moves fast, and so does social media.

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Executive to join a successful fashion retailer and take ownership of the brand's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.

This is an opportunity to become a key part of the marketing team, helping shape how the brand connects with customers every day. You'll create engaging content, spot trends before they hit the mainstream, manage influencer relationships, deliver paid social campaigns and use analytics to continually improve performance.

You'll have real ownership in this role. Your ideas will be seen, your content will make an impact and you'll play an important part in driving brand awareness, engagement and sales.

We're keen to speak with candidates who already have experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand, ideally within fashion, retail, beauty or a similar lifestyle-led sector. You'll be confident creating content, writing engaging copy and understanding what makes audiences stop scrolling and engage.

Most importantly, you'll genuinely love fashion. You'll enjoy the pace of the industry, thrive on creativity and be excited by the opportunity to help develop a well-established and growing brand.

In return, you'll receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, discretionary bonus, pension, staff discount, hybrid working and regular team events. Working hours are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
