We're Looking For Teachers Who Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching any key stage or subject (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
* The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Patience, resilience and a flexible approach to teaching
* A good understanding of the National Curriculum
Desirable (but not essential)
* Previous SEN or specialist education experience
* Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton or similar
