A welcoming specialist school in Oxford is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Mental Health Worker to support children and young people with Autism, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, anxiety, trauma, and additional learning needs. As a Youth Mental Health Worker, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to children , helping them develop emotional resilience, improve self-esteem, and overcome barriers to learning.
