About the Role
As a Junior Development Engineer, you will:
Support the design and development of new heat exchanger products
Contribute to thermodynamic and fluid‑dynamic analysis
Assist with global product transfers and engineering changes
Generate engineering data and support integration into global software tools
Work with prototype builds and support early‑stage manufacturing improvements
Participate in laboratory testing, data collection, and technical reporting
Collaborate with global teams across Technology, NPI, PLM, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
Represent the technology function in customer‑facing technical discussions
Manage your own workstreams and deliver to structured project timelinesWhat We're Looking For
A technically minded individual with a passion for thermodynamics, heat transfer, or mechanical design
Strong analytical skills and an interest in engineering problem‑solving
Ability to work effectively in global, cross‑functional teams
Confident communicator with the ability to engage across diverse cultures
Willingness to work hands‑on with prototypes, testing, and lab equipment
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
Willingness to travel occasionally as part of global project workDesirable:
Knowledge of heat exchangers
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Understanding of fluid dynamics
