Health & Safety Manager | Lower Thames Crossing | Major Infrastructure Project
We're recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects– the Lower Thames Crossing.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the safe delivery of the utilities diversion phase, working alongside an experienced project team on high-risk civil engineering works.
The Role:
* Provide day-to-day Health & Safety support across the project.
* Review RAMS and support safe planning and delivery of works.
* Monitor site activities, identifying and addressing unsafe behaviours and conditions.
* Work closely with operational teams and project leadership to drive a positive safety culture.
* Support inspections, audits and incident investigations.
* Promote continuous improvement in Health & Safety performance.
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven Health & Safety management experience within utilities, civils or major infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of excavation works and avoiding underground services.
* Experience working on high-risk construction projects.
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
* CMIOSH (desirable).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay & Hours:
Full-time, site-based until December. Flexible hours and WFH flexibility.
