What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting people with daily living activities and personal care where needed
* Encouraging independence, choice, and confidence
* Helping individuals access hobbies, social activities, appointments, and their local community
* Building positive relationships with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
* Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
* Working flexibly across a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts

Essential Requirements
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence
