Techcare is one of Staffordshire's fastest growing Managed Service Providers. Since 2008 we've helped UK businesses with IT support, cyber security, cloud and networks. You'll be joining a small sales team, working alongside our current SDR, with more hires to come.

The Role
You'll be the first conversation a future client has with us, creating opportunities and opening the right doors. It's high-volume with real weekly targets, but our methods and tools get you to the phone fast, so your time goes on selling. Day to day, you'll:
* Research and identify the right businesses in our target markets
* Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations and qualify interest
* Book discovery meetings for our senior sales team
* Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date, and hit your weekly targets
What you will need
* Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR or business development
* Confidence prospecting on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) and working a CRM
* A strong communicator, verbal and written
* Resilient: you take rejection in your stride and keep momentum through a busy day
* Organised and able to manage your own workload
* Curious about technology and how it helps businesses
