What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
* Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, Complex Needs and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
* Lead whole-class learning and small group interventions.
* Build positive relationships with pupils, teaching staff and school leaders.
* Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt learning to meet the individual needs of every pupil.

* An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an HLTA or within a school setting.
* Confidence leading learning and managing classroom behaviour.
* A caring, patient and positive approach.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
* Flexibility to work across Gillingham and the surrounding Medway area.
* A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
