We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and event support during a busy and exciting period. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a varied role and enjoys coordinating events while providing exceptional administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support.
Coordinating a high-profile event, including managing invitations, guest lists and event logistics.
Managing diaries, bookings and enquiries.
Preparing professional documents, service sheets and publicity materials.
Processing invoices and supporting day-to-day administration.
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in a busy PA or administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using Adobe applications being advantageous.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
