Are you an experienced Kitchen Fitter with strong carpentry skills looking for a long-term opportunity within the social housing sector? We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Kitchen Fitter to join a busy Property Services team delivering high-quality kitchen installations and refurbishment works across residential housing stock in Reading and surrounding areas.

Working within occupied properties, you will carry out full kitchen installations, repairs and refurbishment projects while ensuring excellent customer service and minimal disruption to tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

Kitchen fitting and installation
Carpentry repairs and maintenance
Basic plumbing and pipework alterations
Patch plastering and making good
Vinyl flooring installation
Wall and floor tiling
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining excellent tenant liaison and customer care

We're looking for candidates who have:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in kitchen fitting and carpentry
Experience working within domestic maintenance, property services or social housing environments
Multi-trade skills including plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling
The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
A strong commitment to health and safety standards
A full UK driving licenceIn return, you'll benefit from:
