We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work on a day-to-day and short-term basis in schools across Colchester. Supply teaching offers the flexibility to fit around your lifestyle while allowing you to gain experience in a variety of school settings.

The Role

Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Follow school policies and lesson plans provided by the class teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage pupil engagement.
Adapt confidently to different school environments.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching in UK primary schools.
Strong classroom management skills.
A flexible, adaptable and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
