Hourly Rate: From £18.19
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Thursday)
What You'll Do:
As a Production Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding your team towards achieving production goals. You will:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team
Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity
Utilise your digital knowledge to streamline processes and improve output
Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met
Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a team leader in a production environment
Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and practises
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to production
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to problem-solve effectively
