How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Lead Structurer – Fund Finance Advisory

London | Excellent Base + Bonus + Outstanding Long-Term Career Opportunity

    The Opportunity

Our client is one of the most respected names in the fund finance market, with an established advisory business that works with leading private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate managers across Europe and North America.

Following significant growth, they are looking to appoint a Lead Structurer to play a key role within their expanding Fund Finance Advisory team.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial and technical aspects of structuring transactions. You'll advise some of the industry's most sophisticated fund managers, working across a broad range of financing solutions from initial structuring through to execution, while helping shape the future direction of a growing business.

Alongside the advisory work, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the early development of a new direct lending capability, giving you exposure to building a new product offering without it becoming the primary focus of your role.

If you're looking for a position where you can influence strategy, work directly with clients and become recognised as a market expert, this is an outstanding opportunity.

    The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead complex fund finance transactions from origination support through to successful completion.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Advising private market clients on a range of Fund Finance solutions, including Subscription Lines, NAV facilities and GP financing.
    • Leading transaction execution from initial structuring through to financial close.
    • Structuring financing solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
    • Reviewing financial and legal due diligence to assess commercial and structural considerations.
    • Drafting and negotiating heads of terms and commercial documentation.
    • Managing multiple live transactions simultaneously whilst acting as the central point of coordination between clients, lenders and legal advisers.
    • Building long-term relationships with fund managers, lenders, lawyers and other key market participants.
    • Supporting business development initiatives, client presentations and industry events.
    • Helping shape the strategic growth of the advisory platform.
    • Contributing to the development of an emerging direct lending offering, providing commercial and structuring expertise as the platform evolves.

    About You

We're looking for someone with a strong technical understanding of Fund Finance combined with excellent commercial judgement.

    You'll likely have:

    • 3+ years' experience within Fund Finance.
    • Experience gained at a bank, advisory firm, fund manager or law firm.
    • Strong understanding of Subscription Line, NAV and GP financing transactions.
    • Experience structuring and executing complex lending transactions.
    • Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
    • Experience drafting or negotiating term sheets and financing documentation.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions.
    • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
    • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in helping grow a market-leading business.

    Why Apply?

This is far more than another execution role.

You'll be joining a highly regarded advisory platform with an exceptional reputation in the market, working alongside experienced industry leaders on some of the most high-profile fund finance transactions.

    You'll gain:

    • Exposure to market-leading private equity, infrastructure and private credit managers.
    • A genuine advisory role with significant client interaction.
    • The opportunity to influence strategic growth within the business.
    • Early involvement in the development of an exciting new lending capability.
    • Excellent long-term career progression.
    • A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and expertise will have real impact.
