How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Junior Event Producer


    We're looking for a Junior Event Producer to join our growing experiential team at The Social PR.

    We create culturally relevant experiences that are meticulously executed and designed to be remembered.


    This is an exciting opportunity to work across brand activations, retail pop-ups, immersive experiences and international events for some of the world's leading fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands.

    The Role

    Working alongside our experienced team, you'll support the planning and delivery of campaigns from concept through to execution.


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting the planning and production of experiential campaigns and events.
    • Coordinating suppliers, venues, freelancers and production partners.
    • Assisting with project timelines, budgets, schedules and logistics.
    • Researching venues, suppliers, talent and creative inspiration.
    • Preparing production documents, call sheets, schedules and event paperwork.
    • Supporting client meetings, presentations and project administration.
    • Managing event set-up, live delivery and pack-down.
    • Ensuring every touchpoint is delivered with exceptional attention to detail and to the highest standard.
    • Travelling within the UK and internationally as required.


    What you'll bring:


    -Previous agency or event experience is essential.


    You'll be someone who genuinely loves live experiences and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. You'll notice the details others overlook, think several steps ahead and always be looking for ways to elevate the final result.
