How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    💥 Head of Growth 💥

    🚀 High-Growth Food D2C Subscription Brand

    📍 Central London (3 days a week)

    💸 £90,000 - £110,000 (depending on experience)

    🤑 EMI Share Options

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's most exciting Food D2C subscription brands. The business has enjoyed phenomenal growth over the past 12–18 months and is now entering its next phase of scale. As a result, they're looking to hire their very first Head of Growth – a pivotal leadership role that will shape the future of the business.

With 90% of revenue coming through D2C, Growth & Performance Marketing sits at the heart of the brand. This isn't a role where you'll inherit someone else's strategy. It's a genuine opportunity to build the function, own the roadmap and make a lasting impact on the trajectory of the business.

If you're looking for autonomy, pace and the chance to scale a high-growth D2C Subscription brand, this could be your dream next move.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️ At least 6 years' experience in D2C Growth Marketing, ideally within a high-growth D2C subscription business.

⭐️ Expert knowledge of paid social, particularly Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

⭐️ Experience managing paid media budgets of £250k+ per month.

⭐️ Strong CRM and retention marketing experience, with a clear understanding of customer lifecycle and LTV.

⭐️ Previous experience managing and building high-performing teams (1 direct report initially, but this will grow).

⭐️ A proven track record of scaling high-growth consumer brands, ideally from £10m to £50m+ in revenue.

⭐️Being comfortable with only having a small team to begin with is important.

In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you 🚀

⭐️ Competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 (depending on experience)

    ⭐️ EMI Share Options

    ⭐️ Private Medical Insurance (Vitality)

    ⭐️ 25 days holiday + bank holidays

⭐️ Hybrid working (3 days a week in their Central London office)

    ⭐️ Free Mental Health Support

We would love to reply to all applications, regrettably we are unable to do so due to the high volumes we receive, so if you do not hear back within 14 days unfortunately on this role it won’t be progressing. It is possible that the position could be in the process of closing, so chalk it up to bad timing. But, have no fear! There will be more opportunities. Follow us at Ignite so you don’t miss them. 👀
