FTSE 100 | Midlands | Newly Created Role in growing business and expanding team
A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel (3–7 PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded in-house legal team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to high-quality commercial work and significant renewables and strategic commercial projects.
This position sits within a friendly, collaborative legal team, known for its supportive culture, excellent development opportunities and high-performing environment. We have helped several lawyers with their move to this business - all who have loved the move reporting a great culture and work.
🔍 The Role
You will:
• Support the organisation’s expanding renewables and commercial business on innovative and business-critical projects
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large-scale and complex agreements along with wider areas of work
• Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
• Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business
📍 Location & Working Pattern
• Midlands-based HQ with additional regional sites
• Hybrid working – at least 3 days a week in the office.
