Are you a Quantity Surveyor form a Commercial background looking to join a thriving, rapidly growing, family run company, offering the chance to work on exciting refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings?

In this role you will be working as a Quantity Surveyor tasked with valuations, cost reports and ensuring that contractual relationships are maintained. You will be responsible for planning and occasional site visits. You will be mainly working on refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to work in an ambitious company, who wants to be at the forefront of large-scale, bespoke multi-million-pound projects.

The Role:

Producing valuations and cost reports on listed buildings and heritage sites
Work with contractors to procure packages
Liaise with an maintain client and contractual relationships
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm 37 hours per week
Site travel 1-2 days per week, car allowance providedThe Person:
