How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Role: Digital Assistant

    Location: London

    Duration: Initial contract until end of September (potential extension to 6 months)

    Rate: £(Apply online only) a day

    Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office)

    We're partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find an organised and proactive Digital Assistant to join their Online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's experience, or a strong graduate looking to build a long-term career in eCommerce, digital or online trading within a global beauty/retail business.

    What you'll be doing:

    ✅ Supporting the Online team with day-to-day administration and coordination

    ✅ Managing spreadsheets, trackers and product information

    ✅ Coordinating website assets with product and marketing teams

    ✅ Assisting with website updates and online trading activity

    ✅ Creating and maintaining product packs for launches and merchandising activities

    ✅ Supporting project coordination and wider team administration

    ✅ Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and driving things forward independently

    What we're looking for:

    ✔ Around 1 year's experience in eCommerce, digital, marketing, merchandising, retail or administration

    ✔ Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills

    ✔ Excellent organisation and attention to detail

    ✔ Comfortable working in a coordination and administration-focused environment

    ✔ Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn

    ✔ Genuine interest in developing a career within eCommerce and digital
