Are you looking to develop your organisational change experience within a large, complex transformation programme?
We are supporting a well-established organisation undergoing a significant programme of change across its systems, processes and ways of working. They are looking for a hands-on Change Advisor to join an experienced and supportive programme team, helping employees and managers prepare for, adopt and embed new ways of working.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developing change professional to gain exposure to a high-profile implementation programme, working alongside experienced change, project, communications and learning specialists.
Rather than developing change strategy from scratch, you will help turn established plans into practical activity. You will work directly with stakeholder groups, managers and programme colleagues to build readiness, support engagement and ensure change is successfully adopted.
What you'll be doing
You will support the delivery of people-focused change activity across a large and varied stakeholder population.
Your responsibilities are likely to include:
Delivering stakeholder engagement and business-readiness activity
Supporting managers and employee groups through changes to systems, processes and responsibilities
Turning change assessments into practical action plans
Coordinating workshops, reference groups and targeted interventions
Identifying concerns, resistance and barriers to adoption
Developing clear messages and content for employee communications
Supporting learning, guidance and go-live preparation
Helping coordinate local support during implementation
Working closely with project, programme, communications and learning teams
Ensuring new ways of working are embedded rather than simply introducedThe programme operates to clear phases and delivery deadlines, giving you the opportunity to gain meaningful implementation and go-live experience.
What we're looking for
This is a practical delivery role for someone who enjoys working closely with people and turning change plans into action.
You are likely to have:
Experience supporting organisational or business change
Experience working on changes involving systems, processes or ways of working
Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills
Confidence facilitating meetings, workshops or engagement sessions
A people-centred approach to change
Experience supporting business readiness, adoption or implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary programme team
Confidence working within a structured, deadline-led environment
Knowledge of recognised change approaches, such as Prosci or ADKAR (desirable)
Why consider this opportunity?
This role offers the chance to:
Join a major organisation-wide transformation programme
Gain hands-on implementation and go-live experience
Work within an established and well-resourced change function
Collaborate with experienced project, programme, communications and learning professionals
Engage with a broad and complex stakeholder population
Build experience across technology, process and behavioural change
Develop your change-management capability within a supportive environment
Add a significant transformation programme to your CVThe team is collaborative, experienced and supportive, while the programme itself offers genuine scale, complexity and delivery exposure.
