How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your new role

    As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a consistently high level of service. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, proactively manage enquiries, and deliver solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting business growth.
    Key Responsibilities

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a number of clients.
    Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and service-related matters.

    Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and within agreed service standards.
    Manage a high volume of client communication via telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
    Resolve client queries and concerns promptly, escalating where necessary.
    Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer outcomes.
    Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas for improvement.
    Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, retention, and growth.
    Maintain accurate client records and management information.
    Support business development initiatives through referrals, cross-selling, and relationship expansion opportunities.
    Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.What you'll need to succeed

    Previous experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role.
