How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Service Advisor - £14 per Hour + Overtime

    Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

    The Recruitment Group is looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join a friendly team supporting a range of exciting fundraising projects.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and providing excellent customer service. You'll be a key point of contact for both clients and customers, helping to resolve queries, manage complaints and ensure everyone receives a positive experience.

    Pay & Benefits:

    . £14.00 per hour
    . Weekly pay
    . Overtime paid after 45 hours per week

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00
    Flexibility with hours will be required.

    About the Role:

    As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be an important part of the team, acting as a key point of contact for both clients and customers.
    You'll handle a variety of enquiries, provide support, resolve problems and make sure issues are dealt with quickly and professionally.
    No two conversations will necessarily be the same. You'll need to listen carefully, understand what the customer or client needs and find the best solution.
    You'll also be responsible for handling complaints, turning potentially difficult situations into positive customer experiences wherever possible.
    This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you'll need to be confident managing multiple enquiries, staying calm under pressure and maintaining a professional and friendly approach at all times.

    Your Responsibilities:

    . Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
    . Liaising with both clients and customers
    . Responding to customer queries and enquiries
    . Providing accurate and helpful information
    . Managing and resolving customer complaints professionally
    . Investigating issues and finding appropriate solutions
    . Escalating more complex issues when required
    . Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers
    . Responding to emails and webchat enquiries
    . Guiding customers through online ordering processes
    . Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the CRM system
    . Carrying out basic data entry
    . Documenting conversations, outcomes and actions taken
    . Following up on outstanding queries and tasks
    . Working closely with colleagues to resolve issues
    . Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    . Previous experience in customer service, call centre, contact centre, customer advisor or account management
