We're working with a leading Facilities Management company to recruit an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join their growing mobile team covering Edinburgh and the East of Scotland.

The Role
As a Mobile Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor installation works across a range of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.
* Diagnose and repair faults on commercial plumbing systems.
* Undertake minor installation and remedial works.
* Maintain hot and cold water systems.
* Complete pipework repairs and replacements.
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance call-outs.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current health and safety legislation.
* Complete job sheets and compliance paperwork accurately.
* Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.
About You
* NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
* Previous experience within a commercial maintenance environment.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
* Experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
