The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)
You'll receive full training to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Developing new business through proactive sales activity
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Conducting business development calls and client meetings
Working towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
Handling feedback, objections and challenges professionally
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Full driving licence is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, resilient and ambitious individuals

No previous recruitment experience is required. Attitude, work ethic and potential are more important than industry background.
