Role Overview
No two days will be the same. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping senior stakeholders organised and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to two senior leaders.
Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating attendees.
Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations and supporting documentation.
Attend meetings where required, taking accurate minutes and distributing action points.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries via phone and email.
Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders and third parties, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
Organise meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases.
Support routine administrative processes, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
Provide general team support, including filing, document management, correspondence and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Contribute to the smooth running of team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator role.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
Strong diary management and coordination skills.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minute taking experience is advantageous.
Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not essential.Benefits:
